We conduct home inspections that are non-intrusive visual inspections of the major components and systems of the home in Toronto and the GTA.

This inspection generates a report that notes all deficiencies found in the home. We also provide a general checklist that will be checked during the Pre-Delivery inspection. This checklist will assist with completing the inspection and will allow homeowners to ask our qualified team members any questions pertaining to their home.
